We are always on the lookout for excellent candidates for the below positions:

401(k) Administrator

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience working on Defined Contribution Plans (401k, 403b, and ESOPs), preferably using the Relius software administration system. Furthermore, a thorough knowledge of ERISA and IRS regulations involving retirement plans is very important. This team member will work directly with clients, and serve as a contact person on a number of administrative issues, consequently exceptional communication skills are a must.

The completion and/or enrollment in such professional courses as ASPPA and/or CEBS is a plus.




Actuarial Analyst - DB and/or OPEB Plans

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year experience working with DB and/or OPEB plans.  This team member will work directly with actuarial staff, with some direct client contact.  This position will work with benefit calculations, census data, asset reconciliation, and government filings, and other tasks as needed.  As experience develops, this position should move to greater responsibility in DB and/or OPEB valuations.  Experience in Word and Excel.  Experience with ProVal software is a plus but not mandatory.  Good communication skills are important.

Completion and/or study of professional courses such as ASPPA, Enrolled Actuary exams, and/or CEBS is a plus.




Consulting/Enrolled Actuary

We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Actuary who is eager to come grow with our expanding practice.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be knowledgeable with ERISA and defined benefit IRC regulations.
  • Be able to multi-task with little supervision.
  • Have thorough knowledge in the preparation of Actuarial Valuations, FASB and GASB accounting reports, special studies, and miscellaneous projects.
  • Be an excellent communicator and have the ability to deliver client reports and lead client presentations.
  • Possess the ability to work with clients' plan design, funding analysis, and other related plan issues.
  • Be able to assist in marketing and client development.

Requirements include:

  • Designations of Enrolled Actuary, Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA) or Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working for a Benefits Consulting firm.




Sales Person - Flexible Spending Accounts

We are seeking a qualified sales person to market our state of the art Flexible Spending Account system, including a FLEX-Debit Card. The preferred candidate should be a self starter and have a proven experience in sales, marketing, and employee enrollment meetings.

A working knowledge of employee benefits is helpful, in particular section 125 Plans and their compliance with the Internal Revenue Code




Senior Actuarial Analyst - DB and/or OPEB Plans
